Enhance efficiency via automation

Pulse360 connects with Redtail, Wealthbox, and Salesforce CRM in a similar manner. When integrated with a CRM, Pulse360 enhances efficiency by automating tasks and reducing manual input.

Upon integration with a CRM, Pulse360 pulls essential client data such as:

  • Name
  • Physical address
  • Email
  • Date of birth (Note: Social Security numbers are not pulled for security reasons)

Additionally, Pulse360 synchronizes with your CRM calendar, importing all scheduled meetings and events and linking them to the relevant contacts.

Creating Agendas and Meeting Summaries

Pulse 360 allows you to create and send agendas and meeting summaries efficiently, directly connected to the events imported from your CRM calendar. You can manually create your meeting events if you are not using the CRM calendar. This ensures that all of your notes are organized under a particular meeting date/time.

Task Creation and Workflow Management

  1. Task Syncing: Tasks created in Pulse360, like following up on a client’s tax return, are automatically synced back to your CRM, ensuring team alignment and follow-up.
  2. Workflow Triggering: Initiate workflows directly from Pulse360, pulling in existing workflows from your CRM for seamless management. Note that we currently do not support this for Salesforce.

Note-Taking and Document Syncing

  1. Handwritten Notes: If you take notes on an iPad within Pulse360, the link for these notes is automatically sent to the corresponding contact record in your CRM.
  2. During the Meeting Notes: A built-in feature resembling Microsoft Word in Pulse360 allows for note-taking during meetings. With a simple sync button, these notes are transferred to the contact’s record in your CRM.
  3. Other Notes: The other notes you take within the system will sync over within a 2-hour time window.
